Who processes your data

Inquiry data is processed by the host of Kuća Kranjanac (an apartment complex near Rtanj, Boljevac, Serbia). For any question about your data, call +381 65 212-32-35.

Inquiry data

When you send an inquiry through the form, we process only what you enter yourself: your name, phone number, email address if you leave one, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and your message. It is used only so the host can reply and check availability. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 12(1)(2) of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection). Without your name and phone number the host cannot reply. Please do not send anything that is not needed to arrange your stay.

If you leave an email address, you receive a confirmation that your inquiry arrived.

Who receives the data and where it is kept

• The host receives the inquiry by email, in a mailbox run by Google (Gmail).
• The site's developer, D. Svilenković, receives a blind copy because he maintains the site and the form.
• The site and the inquiry service run on a server of netcup GmbH in Germany (European Union). A copy of the inquiry is kept there for 12 months and then deleted automatically.
• Inquiry emails pass through a mail server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, where the developer's mailbox is also hosted.

Germany provides an adequate level of protection (Article 64(2) of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection). Google may transfer mailbox data to the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has found an adequate level of protection, and it also applies standard contractual clauses.

Form protection

The form is protected by a check that runs in your browser and on the site's server: a short background calculation, a time token and a limit on the number of inquiries. It asks nothing of you and sends nothing to third parties. Your IP address is not stored for this check, only a one-way code derived from it that changes every day.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Send your request to the host by phone. We reply without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, Serbia, office@poverenik.rs, www.poverenik.rs.

Cookies and the map

The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no analytics, tracking or advertising.

The map in the “How to reach us” section loads from openstreetmap.org only when you click “Show map”. OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom) then receives your IP address and browser details, as with any visit to their site. Until you click, it receives nothing.

Bookings and information

Photos, descriptions and information about the accommodation are there to present what we offer. Availability, price, dates, number of guests and other terms are confirmed directly with the host before booking. Published content alone is not a booking confirmation.

Acceptable use

Disrupting the site, attempting unauthorised access or overloading it with automated requests is not allowed. The owner of any external site is responsible for its content.

Copyright and governing law

Photos, videos and texts on this site are protected by copyright and may not be copied or published without permission. Serbian law applies to the use of this site. These terms do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law.
